  4. Mouse Sensitivity Issue on some areas of primary monitor

Mouse does not move to other monitors from some areas of my primary monitor

My primary laptop and my other 2 monitors are on different resolutions. The 2 and 3 monitors on the display setting window appear tinier than my primary monitor, and I'm guessing this is because of the resolution difference, and the way I arrange the other
monitors determines the half of my primary laptop from which I can move the mouse between the monitors. For instance, if I set the 2 and 3 monitors to the right of the first monitor, on the upper half, then moving my mouse from the first laptop to the second
monitor works only from the upper half of my laptop. Is there any way I can make my mouse move the 2nd monitor across my entire laptop screen? Also, is there any feature that enables me to move the mouse directly from the right corner of my 3rd monitor to
    the first laptop?
