    Mouse stuttering while playing games


    Hi,I have never used this to ask a question, but I am really frustrated about something because I dont know what the problem is. Since a week, my PC has started stuttering when I move my mouse while playing games and I cant seem to find a fix. I uploaded a video to youtube so people can see what's going on. Is there anyone that can help me? I have already tried a new mouse, cabled mouse, new mousepad etc. So I think its the PC itself. I have recently gotten a second screen too, could that be the problem? When I remove the second screen the problem is still there, so I dont think it is..https:/
