Windows 10: Mouse Wheel Problems

Good Morning to All,


Recently, I have begun to experience changes in the function of my mouse wheel and I cannot find a solution. The problem is that when I use my mouse wheel and scroll it rapidly, my cursor then changes into a different icon and when I move it up or down it scroll the window accordingly in the respective direction. This drive my crazy. I've search youtube and every other site and I cannot find how to set the cursor function back to its basic form... For all I know, I might have hit a key combination that activated some kind of rapid scrolling function within windows, but I have not been able to figure out how to shut if off. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

• Under Choose how many lines to scroll each time, move the slider to the right to make the speed of your mouse wheel faster.
