Windows 10: Mouse Without Borders - Transparent Box Issue

So I have Mouse Without Borders installed on two different machines, and every once in a while when moving the mouse from one computer to another, a little transparent box will appear on one screen and get stuck there indefinitely unless I reset the computer. Does anyone know what is causing this and if there's a way to resolve it without having to do a full reboot?

Hi,

I am having an issue with all video and game playback. there is a transparent white box with a gray border and a red border around that. it is displayed on half of the video and is unclickable. I have no idea what to do.
