Windows 10: mouse without borders必须在同一网段吗？

现在公司有两台电脑，都可以访问公司内网，有一台可以访问外网，两台电脑并不在同一网段，但相互可以ping通，现在用mouse without borders无法连接，想知道必须要在同一网段吗？还是在同一局域网下就行，这种情况怎么处理呢？注：用sharemouse是可以的用的，只是要收费。

Mouse Without Borders - works only in one direction

• Do you get any error message when you try to access the Laptop on VPN?
• Have you installed Mouse without Borders setup on both the systems?

If not, I suggest you to install the latest setup of Mouse without Borders on both the systems and check if it helps.

NOTE: The same version of Mouse without Borders must be run in the machines.

If it doesn't works, I would suggest you to post your query on
