Windows 10: mouse without borders

I have tried repeatedly to connect. Says check connections. I have listed each computer address in IP Mapping. Using Ethernet cables to router. Any suggestions.

• Have you made any changes on your device prior to your concern?
• Have you tried hosting the Mouse Without Border feature using a different device? If yes, did you encounter the same error?
