Mouseclick loses focus of current window

Since a couple of days, whenever I use the mouse and make a mouseclick (left, right or middle) Windows loses focus of its current window - there's no program in focus.

When a window is focused (using alt-tab or by opening a new window) using the keyboard works flawlessly aswell as using the scrollwheel of the mouse OR scrolling using the touchpad.

Doing any click will lose the current focus...

Mouseclicks become completely unusuable as I cannot interact with anything using my mouse.

As far as I experienced it, the issue seems to appear whenever I interract with the taskbar or the start-menu using the Windows key.

Restarting 'explorer.exe', restarting Windows or waking up the session seems to solve the issue until I interract with the taskbar or start-menu again...

I tried re-registering the taskbar as recommended online for similar issues, but sadly that didn't solve the issue!

    Thanks for any help!

    Active Window Loses Focus

Without any mouse action or keyboard action, the currently active window loses focus to another program. This happens about once a day. The newly active window is always the same program. Prior to the last few weeks, I've had no problems with this stealing focus program. I've made no changes to this program since last year!
The program that loses focus is frequently, but not always, Google Chrome.
The program the gets focus is always Impact Software Einstime.
Google Chrome "is up to date" Version 75.0.3770.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)
    Einstime 4.7.0000
    Windows 10.0.17763
    Dell Studio XPS 435T/9000

    Thanks!

    Windows lose focus

When my Cingular 8125 is connected to my Vista Ultimate 64-bit machine, opened windows randomly lose focus. Whatever application is active will suddenly go inactive, as if I [alt][tab]'d off it. The issue immediately clears up as soon as I disconnect the
pocket pc. The issue is annoying as I will be typing in some text control, then the app loses focus, then it regains focus and all text in the field automatically highlights and is overwritten with the next keystroke. Any ideas?

BTW, the version of Window Mobile Device Center is current.

Windows loses focus every 3-5 seconds

This focus issue is making it nearly impossible to type anything continually. Windows loses focus every 3-5 seconds, pausing and not typing what I've typed. I can't live with this- any suggestions?
