Windows 10: Movies & TV app on Windows 10 with a 2nd display

At church I run countdown videos, bumper videos, movie clips, etc.. from folder on PC thru Movies & TV app. NORMALLY once I double click on the thumbnail, videos will open directly onto the 2nd & 3rd displays and leaves my #1 monitor free to work on other jobs while the video plays. This evenings service, the Movies & TV app would only open on #1 monitor. No one touched any settings it ran perfectly fine this morning what has happened? I tried restarting the computer hoping that would solve the problem but it didn't. Powerpoint worked fine with me having presenter view and the audience seeing the main presentation on #2 & #3. Please help, I have very limited knowledge of computers. Thank You, GinaKB

Windows 10 Movies & TV App: No Sound

I suggest you to un-install and re-install Movies & TV App and check. Follow the steps:

• Press Windows Key.
• Type Windows Powershell.
• Right click on it and select Run as administrator.
• Type in the following command to un-install Movies & TV App.

get-appxpackage *Microsoft.ZuneVideo* | remove-appxpackage

Note: The Movies & TV App can be reinstalled using the Store App or by following the link mentioned below. You will need to exit the Store app if it is already open before reinstalling the app.

Movies & TV app stream to XBox One

From the description provided, I understand that the cast button functionality is not working in Movies and TV App.

As an initial recommendation, I would suggest you to run the App Troubleshooter for Windows 10 and check if it helps.

Movies & TV App again.

Steps to uninstall Movies & TV
App

• 
  Press Windows key and type Powershell
  in search, right click on it and Open as administrator .
  
• 
  Type the following command in Powershell and hit enter:
