    Moving Documents

I am trying to relocate my Documents folder to an external drive. To do this I have been going to Documents>Properties>Location and then choosing a folder on the external drive as the desired location for my Documents folder. I get the typical, "Microsoft recommends moving all folders" message, and then a pop up appears stating that I cannot move the folder due to "a folder in the same location that can't be redirected." I would greatly appreciate any help regarding this issue. Thanks!

    :)

    • Have you made any recent changes aside from connecting to your university network?

    • Does this happen with Documents folder only or with other folders also?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

We're looking forward to your response.
