Windows 10: Moving miniature windows.

Is there any simple way to switch the position between the miniature windows as shown below. As I have to do it now is move the actual program windows thus causing me to have to move the actual content as well.

1) What are the programs/applications open in Miniature?

2) Have you set the screen resolution which fits your computer display?

Kindly be informed that, it is recommended to change the screen resolution to the 100% recommended level for the better view/display of the apps/programs. The recommended level of display resolutions vary from the device to device.
This issue may occur if you have changed the Display resolution settings on Windows 10.

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• 
  Open the Start menu, type Display settings
  in the search bar and click on Display settings.
  
• 
  Change the size of text, apps and other items to
  recommended level (100%).
  
• 
  Now click on Advanced display settings on the bottom of the Customize your display page.
  
• 
  Click on Resolution drop down menu and select the
  recommended level.

Miniature Applications

Why would some of my programs open in miniature windows 10? I can change the screen resolution to view them better but I shouldn't have to do that. Even on this last Windows update another program application started opening in a miniature window! They
are so small you can barely read the wording. Thanks in advance for any help to resolve this problem.
