Windows 10: moving windows license from old pc to new pc

Hi,

I purchased a dell PC (not windows 10 pro), and then updated it Windows 10 pro.

I queried the machine to get my activation code

I uninstalled the windows license from the dell, with success,

How do I upgrade my surface pro 6 (just purchased) from windows home to that windows 10 pro license?

Sorry, but I can't find an answer for how to move windows 10 home license to new pc.

All are talking about upgrade from windows 7/8 etc and/or free windows 10 upgrade license.

In my case is no upgrade and no free windows 10 license involved.

Situation:

- Old pc is running windows 10 and the license has been ordered from www.microsoftstore.com

- New pc is without any OS and I would like to install windows 10 home using the product key i do use on the old pc.

Is that possible and any special actions ?

i bought an win 8.1 pro retail license 3 years ago

i upgraded my win8.1 to win 10 pro

for now i wanna change my pc new m.b and new gpu ram or ....

so can i move my license to new pc too?
