    Moving Windows to an SSD from an HDD


    I have a copy of Windows 8, however, when I went to reinstall Windows, it transferred automatically to Windows 10. I am looking to reinstall windows onto the SSD, but I am afraid that something may go wrong during the transfer, whether it be a problem with windows trying to install 8 and not the 10 that I have now, or it not taking the product key because it was meant for Windows 8 and not 10.

    So I bought a computer which had 1tb HDD and 128 SSD. Windows is installed to the SSD and now there is only 10gb of available space, because all the apps were installed to the SSD. So my question is - is it possible to move installed applications (Program
    Files/x64 folder) to the HDD drive without losing any data?
