Windows 10: MS Apps - Windows store

The default Windows 10 apps. (Eg Camera, Skype Calculator People, etc) that also found within the Windows Store are locked on my computer. I am unable to open or uninstall these apps. The mail and calendar app appear to be operating correctly. Ran troubleshooter whereas no issues were detected. I was able to open all of the apps upon completion of a Win. 10 re-install which occurred one week ago. Windows 10 is currently up to date, Any assistance is appreciated.

Store crashes in window 10 : you'll need a new app to open this: ms-windows-store

I just added my wife, Melissa, as a new user account and now the Microsoft Store app is not even listed. When I click on adding an app from your Edge homepage it still shows the window:

I have already typed in the powershell commands suggested and restarted and its still not working. What is the next step? I am using a Dell XPS All In One that started with WIndows 8 - upgraded to 8.1 and then upgraded to WIndows 10.

Windows 8 Gets "Overwhelmingly Negative" Response from Vendors, Expectations Plummet

Apps listed in the Store need to be approved by MS, otherwise you can download/install apps the same as you did on Windows 7. All "Metro" apps though must be installed by using the Store, afaik anyways.
