    How do you upgrade a complaint to MS management? MS support and the community have no idea on fixing problems concerning the latest update. How can we get management to do something?

    I sure would like to know as well. This is the only company a know which has no published address where complaints can be sent to. Is cortana not good enough to filter valid suggestions complaints from no sense messages?

    Beginning next year W10 update will be recommended on the W7, W8, and W8.1 systems. MS apparently does not care if well running systems are crashed with the W10 update. MS takes no responsibility for destroying a paid well running installation.

    Any system which is not supported by its vendor for the W10 upgrade must be excluded from being updated! At this time windows update signals all green for two of my systems, both not supported by the vendor for the W10 upgrade (HP and Dell). Both vendors
    list the systems which can be upgraded. So why is MS not downloading these lists and excludes any system not on the list? I sure hope someone is going to start a class action lawsuit to reclaim the time lost to restore failed W10 upgrades.

    For now both of my system have automatic update turned off and I review every single update before I install it. What a waste of time simply because MS is not able to think through the issue and does not understand the problem it is creating for users running
    systems no longer supported be the original vendor.

    #2 MS has a support system in place that works for THEM, and for us sometimes

    #3 There isn't a complaint system. MS "knows" everything is fine (for them).

    MS complaints

    Need Serious Help: How To Record Video of What is Done on my PC?

    I suggest the following simple steps:

    1. Set the autosave options in MS Office to a low value say 5 minutes.
    2. Setup file history to autosave frequently - the shortest period is 5 mins
    3. Install Macrium Reflect Free and configure it to do a daily incremental system backup

    You should be well covered if you do the above to protect your key files.
