    Does Microsoft have any idea how to look after it's customers anymore? I bought a top of the line Flight Sim Premium Deluxe AND THE DAMN THING WON'T LOAD. How do I get my money back?

    Microsoft Flight Simulator, bought premium deluxe but starts standard version

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    A couple days ago I bought the new Microsoft Flight Simulator. Yesterday I upgraded my motherboard, did some hardware changes and when I wanted to download the sim from the Microsoft Store it, unfortunately, boots up the standard edition instead of the premium
    deluxe.

    I've reinstalled the sim 2 times but still loads up the standard edition.

    Do you know a way how I can get back the premium deluxe?

    MS Flight Sim Deluxe and MS Flight Sim Acceleration Expansion Pack Missing from programs on Windows 10 Desktop

    Both my MS Flight Sim Deluxe and MS Flight Sim Acceleration Expansion Pack are missing from programs page and desktop on my Windows 10 desktop computer. Even the blue shortcut icon has disappeared. Not sure how long ago this happened or why. Expansion,
    third party software for FSX is still showing on the programs page. Do I need to uninstall all the third party expansion software ( eg: Abacus Flight Deck 5 for FSX and three other third party software packs) before I reinstall my MS Flight Sim and MS Acceleration
    pack? Any other precautions, advice?
