Windows 10: MS jigsaw not showing my current puzzles that I'm working on.

Yesterday (1/22/19) the puzzles that I am working on will not load. The main screen shows up, but not the puzzle's that I am working on. My points however are displayed.

MS Jigsaw closes puzzles after a few moves

I am up to 18362.356---MS Jigsaw has been working fine, but at times it closes puzzles after a few moves.

Most of the previous times Terminating MS Jigsaw, MS Store and doing a Restart works to clear whatever is causing MS Jigsaw to close.

One time it was fixed after the System Maintenance ran, which cleaned up the Trouble shooting history,

After 356 installed, MS Jigsaw was back to closing after a few moves.

Right now I have 52 Puzzle Packs and most have Level 2 and 3 completed.

And I started working on Level three puzzles and did complete one Level 4 puzzle

What is going on that makes MS Jigsaw close while working a puzzle?

I have a blue box on my laptop when I click on magic jigsaw puzzles saying magic jigsaw puzzles is currently not available in your account along with a error code what's all this about please

 

MS Jigsaw closes puzzles after a few moves

I started with MS Jigsaw ver 1.7, updated to 1.8 and recently updated to 1.9

Jigsaw has been working well and I now have 46 Puzzle Packs with 45 completed collections.

After 18362.175 installed, I began having problems with Jigsaw closing with only a few moves. The problem resolved with 266 and 267 updates. I also found there was an update for Jigsaw to 1.9, which I got.

It started working fine, then once again it closed puzzles after a few moves. This time lasted for three days, then on the third day with puzzles closing it resolved itself. And the puzzles could be completed without closing.

I did find that the Puzzle history was reset. Though the completed puzzles are still marked in the Packs.

And history still shows 45 Completed Collections. It does continue to add completed puzzles to the count.

Last week I saved a couple more Puzzle Packs and things worked for a day. Then something started closing puzzles again after a few moves.

I use Terminate for both Jigsaw and MS Store each day the puzzles kept closing, Did not seem to change anything, but Mondays session I was able to complete puzzles without them being closed again.

I had the Appsdiagnostic10.diagcab in Download directory. I moved it to another directory and I wanted to add a shortcut to the Start Menu, but Shortcuts do not work because it is not an executable. It is a Cabinet file that opens in Apps Troubleshooter.

I have the Diagnostic Tool saved in a new directory under C:. Is there any way that I would be able to add a shortcut to open and run it to the Start Menu?
