Windows 10: MS Office 365 eXCEL

Two problems:


One- In Excel, keep getting "we're sorry but excel has run into an error that is preventing it from working........" This error is extremely irritating as I have to reenter data everytime MS decides to "prevent it from working" and when you deal with the volume of data I do, this is VERY time consuming. This morning it occurred 6 times in less than 25 minutes, two of those within 4 minutes of one another.


Two- Num Lock does not work. Why in the heck MS chose to make it locked as a start up shows MS is out of touch with its users and the number of problems and COMPLAINT seen on Inet. I used to use the "five second" rule, but now even that does not work.


In the volume of data I use, having a Num Lock that WORKS is essential. Using the number buttons on the keyboard results in the 2,4,6, 8 keys jumping on the worksheet making them unusable.


Why have a short cut of number keys which almost 100% of today's manufacturers provide on their keyboards that are designed to be LOCKED at start up?



If we can't resolve these two issues, I will be deleting Office 365, asking for a refund, and going back to the "old" ways which right now are a heck of a lot better than the latest MS products.


Tech data: PC HP, Win 10, Logitech Kybd that was purchased in Dec 2019, MS Office 365 with a lot of apps that I will never use, Ease Of Access, etc.

How to set value of height or width of cell precisely? - ms excel Office 365

I'm going to make labels for pasting in MS Excel Microsoft Business 365. I have version 1903 (compilation 11425.20228). But they should made precisely and perfectly.

1. Now when I begin editing the height of cell in MS Excel I set the value on 15,3. Then I click OK the value is set on 15,5.
   
2. When I set the value on 15,333 then is set on 15,25.
   
3. When I write the value on 15,22222 is set on 15,25.
   

The same applies with setting width of cell. I have no clue how to deal with or solve it.

Can someone suggest me that how to do it?

 

office 365 vs office 2013

my Microsoft surface came with 1 month trial of ms office 365 , now it's expired.now I wanna know if I she subscribe to office 365 or uninstall it & install office 2013. what's the difference between both?

We appreciate your response, Keith. We suggest that you update Office 365 and see if it'll make a difference. You can simply do it by opening any Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Here are the steps on how to do so:

• Open Office app, then click on File.
• Look for Account, then click on Update.
• Once done, restart your computer.
