Windows 10: MS Office Student Teacher 2007 Error 2502 2503

I jut got a new rig and I loaded my Office 2007 Student Teacher edition. I realize its no longer supported and I have a few other options, but I like having Office as my Word Processor. I've Googled, searched YouTube and here, but haven't found anything that will address the, 2502 and 2503 error. I've fixed it on my previous rig, but nothing seems to be working now. Side Note: If I try to start up Word as admin, it will go through an update process that last about 17 seconds and the error won't appear. It's a rather tedious process. If I just click on a Word file, it does a partial update, then I get the error messages, but I don't have to wait 17 seconds for the document to open. Windows 10 Version 21H1 (OS Build 19042.1110)

Internal Error 2502 / 2503

However, after a few minutes I get 'Internal Error 2502' and 'Internal Error 2503'.

Installation internal errors 2503 and 2502

On Windows XP Pro SP2, when I try to install *anything* I get internal error 2503, click ok to acknowledge, immediately get internal error 2502, click ok, and machine aborts the installation.

I can't find anybody who knows how to fix this problem.
