Windows 10: ms project 2016 perpetual license

Discus and support ms project 2016 perpetual license in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; i want to install my Microsoft project 2016 app onto a second PC using only 1 at a time.     ms project 2016 perpetual license


    i want to install my Microsoft project 2016 app onto a second PC using only 1 at a time. Order number 3004990657. when I try to do this I get an error it is already installed. I thought this was a perpetual license so I could use it as long as only 1 in active use at a time?

    Adding MS Project Pro

    It says my Microsoft account doesn't exist. I have an Office 365 account. and it won't let me create a MS account at all. I get the code to verify and it won't accept it.

    I have a full MS Project 2016 Pro license.
