    MS Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse Battery Issue


    I've got MS Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse approx. over 1 yrs ago.


    recently in 3 months, AA Battery don't last for 30 days.


    I don't use pc much, maybe only 2 hrs per days for checking email.


    would this be cover under warranty ?


    the other problem is I loss the invoice, but I still have the box and S/N number.

    difference between Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse and Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse for Business.

    Hello all!

    I was looking for the Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse when I saw that there are two versions of it: Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse (L6V-00001) and Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse for Business ( 5LV-00001).
    From the description, it seems like they are the same device.

    Is there any difference between the two except the name?

  3. New Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse

    My previous Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse has the rubber on the side coming off. Purchased a new mouse, same kind. Now the new mouse works fine but now the Sculpt Ergonomic keyboard is not working. Will the new ergonomic mouse work with my 'old'
    ergonomic keyboard? If so, what do I need to do?

    Sculpt ergonomic mouse make windows won't get sleep

    Hi renren321,

    Check if you have previously installed Logitech software.

    This may cause the same issue.

    If you were not using Logitech mouse/software you can follow below two methods.

    Method 1:

    Run inbuilt Hardware and Device troubleshooter and check if it works.
    Follow the steps given below.

    Note: If your computer is having problems with a recently installed device or other hardware, try using the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter to fix the problem. It checks for common issues and makes sure that
    any new device or hardware attached to your computer was installed correctly.

    1. Press Windows Key +R, type Control Panel.
    2. Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.
    3. Click on Hardware and Sound, click on Hardware and Devices.
    4. Follow the steps from the wizard to run the troubleshooter.
    If the issue persists, follow method 2

    Method 2:

    I would suggest you to install the drivers in compatibility mode and check if it helps. Please refer to the article given below to install the drivers.
