Discus and support MS Update has wiped out Edge tab history. What now?? in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; Latest Microsoft update that was PUSHED THROUGH has wiped out ALL open tabs on Microsoft Edge.     MS Update has wiped out Edge tab history. What now??


    Latest Microsoft update that was PUSHED THROUGH has wiped out ALL open tabs on Microsoft Edge. Going to History takes me back three whole days. Whoop di doo. So every tab that was open, that I was working with, has been wiped out. Is there any way to recover?

    Did You prove to do your suggestion to enable flash player on MS Edge on Windows phone 10 ?

    Hi Eileen,

    Thank you for posting on Microsoft Community. I understand the inconvenience you are facing. I will certainly help you with this.


    I suggest you to check and verify the history stored and check if you are able to view the history, to do so kindly follow the below given steps:

    • Open Microsoft Edge.
    • To view your browsing history, select Hub on the right top corner.
    • Click on the History (clock symbol).
    • Under History expand the category such as last, today by clicking on the arrow given beside the category name.
    Check if you are able to view history.
