>Microsoft wants you to use the app Windows Feedback, which is (only) available for Windows 10 Mobile users.

Thus they only get feedback from folks that selected a Windows Phone 10. They don't get any feedback from folks that didn't select a Windows Phone 10 telling why they didn't buy one.

of devices, OS stability (freezing/crashing), as well as general usability. This feedback was invaluable in guiding the decision on which devices would benefit from an update to Windows 10. In reviewing all available information and feedback, not every device
proved to be a good candidate for this update. As a result, not all devices will be targeted to receive an official Windows 10 update. Our goal is to only offer the Windows 10 upgrade to devices that we are confident can continue to deliver a great customer
experience

The decisions on which devices to proceed with were made after extensive analysis of Insider feedback.

Users like yourselves used 10 on their phones and gave feedback to MS. That was what the insider program was all about. It was not an arbitrary decision from MS so don't cast blame there.

Not ever being an Insider I don't know what the 'Feedback Hub' consists of, but hopefully it's more open than the current 'Windows Feedback' system, where Microsoft seemingly have no interest in receiving feedback from those pesky users who have their privacy settings set so that confidential RAM and document data isn't inadvertently sent to Microsoft in the event of a crash.

 

Nice to see, but i have given up on sending feedback as MS selectively listen

 

I don't mind using Feedback. It does help MS to improve Windows 10.
