Windows 10: MSBuild.exe continually tries to access ip out of Hong Kong

Hello. I'm having a very similar issue to https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/msbuildexe-keeps-trying-to-access-an-ip-address-in/5397593f-af03-46fd-9437-ec4970c1e1c4 MSBuild.exe tries to connect to some ip from Hong Kong as I had checked with an online ip info service. Although it is caught by Malwarebytes, it continues to try to access that ip every few minutes.I followed all the steps in the thread linked above, and can send the FRST and Procmon logs if those would help.Help is appreciated.

MarketPlace Hong Kong

I bought a HTC HD7 in Macau (which is near Hong Kong) from the local telecom (www.CTM.net) but i can't register the credit card to buy apps in MarketPlace because only accept it if it's from Hong Kong. No way to register a card from Macau.

Windows 10 has a lot of Languages available in Settings. To better assist you, we would like to know if you're going to use the English (Hong Kong) language for typing purposes. If so, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Click Region & language.
• Under Languages, select Add a language.
• Type Hong Kong, click English (Hongkong SAR).
• It will be added to Languages, tap it again and choose Set as default.

Hong Kong import

Lumia phones are produced in many countries, China, Hong Kong, Mexico Brazil, Vietnam and more. There is no difference. It may have ben made in Hong Kong.

Look in settings, extras+info to see the "Made in" country

Older Nokia phones used a country code in the IMEI to tell where the phone was made.
