Windows 10: MSERT stuck at the end

    MSERT stuck at the end


    I tried to run a full scan with MSERT since my pc keeps freezing/crashing for no apparent reason, however, after about 3 hours of scan it keeps being stuck at the end, always while analyzing the same file, Java Update Scheduler jusched.exe, but I don't know if it's related. To this day i tried 4 times, including one time in safe mode. All failed the same way. However it worked when i did a fast scan, but I detected way less malicious files 59080 in full and 2 in fast. I am using MSERT because it is the only software that detects that much viruses. So my questions are :

    - Firstly, can a virus make my PC act like this random freezes, lags... ? My only guess would be cryptominers...
    - Why would MSERT freeze like this ? / How can I find out ?
    - Why MSERT's full scan detects that much malicious files, while others solutions like Avast, MalwareBytes... ?

    MSERT freezes after 12 hours!

    And what will that give me? It was doing it's "processing" thing anyway. No problem. It said it found 113 "infected" files, but the report only listed 5. I think it's just a lazy person's application anyway. Any "one size fits all" application is not really
    that dependable. Windows Defender is made by the same company that made MSERT. Why would I expect it to be better "instead"?

    Security check MSert

    I ran MSert on my laptop and it did not stop file checking after 4 1/2 hours and viewing 617900 files. What is going on here
