    I have been experiencing a problem for a few months now, but haven't been successful with MSFS 2020 Spt or with Steam Spt.


    Background. I purchased MSFS 2020 Deluxe Premium shortly after its initial release. I downloaded it on Steam. All went well for a short period. The day after a hurricane passed over us, I was downloading an Update 1.10.7. While downloading my modem lost contact. It continued, but I had a message that said some parts may not have downloaded. I have tried to uninstall and re-install, but it doesn't seem to have any affect.


    At the same time, as I tried to launch, it would show a box and say I needed an XBox account thru Google. I can't find a way to even establish an account as it says my email is in use. I can't stop or delete the box. I can't even get it to allow me to sign up for an account I don't want I purchased a Windows version. Bottom line, I'm stuck at this spot. I can't get it to launch.


    I reported this as a bug. It was marked as resolved, but I've received no information to help me solve the problem. I'm not overly smart in PC technology. I need some simple instructions.

    I already paid for and downloaded MSFS 2020, and played it. Now after doing the Windows 2004 update MSFS 2020 will not start, just goes to screen

    Hi,

    I purchased MSFS 2020 pro when it was released and installed it on my computer - all fine except performance was bad. So I got a new computer, uninstalled MSFS from my old computer (services/apps) and reinstalled it on my new computer. Although the performance
    was now great I only seem to have the basic version (only two aircraft). What do I have to do to get the original pro version installed?
