Windows 10: MSFS2020 Add Ons

I have downloaded MSFS2020 Deluxe onto my pc using Microsoft store successfully no issues, now my problem is I have bought London city and M20r as add on and I can't download them they say its in credits, although Xbox wants the same money again for the same add on which is just not going to happen so that's it I am defiantly not the first person to have this problem what can I do can anyone clever than me find a way to work round it or assist me in what I heed to do, thank you in advance

Black screen when i click on MSFS2020

Your article had absolutely NO solution to resolving a black screen upon startup of MSFS2020. May i suggest if you have a desire to help resolve issues please spend a little time in doing so, instead of simply submitting an article...thank you

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

 

Redeemed code for MSFS2020

I purchased the MSFS2020 Premier Deluxe and redeemed the code, but it only installs 95GB, when I go to the store and clilck on My Library, it states that this will not work on this device, any ideas?
