Windows 10: MSI Dragon Center 100% CPU usage Bug

My pc became unusable after i turned off my bluetooth headset. The CPU usage was at 100 percent even after restarting the system. So in my panic the first thing i thought was to start closing software. the first program fixed it immediately which was MSI Dragon center. Im going to fresh install the msi drivers and ill post if the issue was resolved.

System Specs:

Intel i9 9900k no OC

32Gb ddr4 3200

1tb Samsung EVO plus for boot

1tb Qvo for games

1tb hdd for storage

MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Pro Carbon AC

EVGA Geforce RTX 2070 Super

cpu usage at 100%

CPU usage at 100% from start up for no apparently good reason. Service Host appears to be the problem but I cant narrow it down more than that at present.

Any suggestions?

I am using Windows 10 full release version 64 bit.

 

CPU usage 100% but system idle process says otherwise

Hello, So I was copying a large group of files (400 gigs) to an external drive, it was about 150 gigs in when the PC crashed ( i believe due to MSI usb speed up), i've since removed the MSI program but CPU usage stays at 100% from the moment the PC turns on, however system idle process shows it's using most everything which is good, and PC perfomance is normal and unlike if CPU usage was actually 100%, but I can't figure out how to fix this, any suggestions or tips would be so helpful, I've attached screen shots showing 100% usage but every program running doesn't add up to near that and system idle showing everything mostly idle. Thanks!!!!!

Yea 2 years from MSI, but i think 100% CPU Usage is a problem from OS
