Windows 10: MSI Dragon center removal help

Good day, As I stated I have an MSI GF 65 9SEXR laptop and as their literature states free buff for your system. this program is the dragon center, which allows you to optimize your system for the task at hand. I'm not into or trust, free buff. I believe that this program is just skinning Window's controls. I believe I can use Throttle stop to control the power, my question is fan/temp controls within Windows or otherwise ?? Also, am I able to free up memory easily? Can't see any other use for this buff. Am I missing anything to justify keeping? power control - thru throttle stop or other recommendations? fan/temp control - recommendations? freeing up memory _ recommendations? thanks in advance all thoughts appreciated Ken btw Win10 home 21H1

MSI Dragon Center Error Blocked by firewall, antivirus, or service

I have used the uninstall option, the complete uninstall/cleaner .exe, restarted the MSI Central Service as well as made sure it was set to automatic startup, & downloaded the current up-to-date installer. I still end up with.....




It started with a windows update.
I have no antivirus or firewall enabled either& It still gives me this error.

 

MSI Dragon center stopped working after Windows update

I have a MSI Gaming laptop and the Dragon Center app which can change the performance by overclocking the gpu etc. stopped working after a recent windows update - about 2 or 3 weeks ago.
When I try to turn it on it asks if I give it permission to make changes on my computer or whatever it is, but then does not turn on. I already tried reinstalling, but the same thing happened.
I clicked on setup and it asked for this permission thing but did not launch. Does anyone know how to solve this thing? Thanks
