MSI Dragon Centre causing trouble after and update..

Previously I had a factory installed version of the software which came pre-installed with my Notebook and it didn't cause any such error but after update it happened. During shut down computer shows an Application without icon or name, clearly stating that this application is preventing Windows shut down. Now the problem is not that big itself but I have to manually click 'Shut Down Anyway' each time!

Now back to the reason how I know that its the MSI Dragon Centre, because after I uninstalled this particular piece of software all my problem was solved.. I particularly suspect the MSI SDK causing such error message.

Now I know you would love to blame this on for perhaps a bug in Windows. And may suggest me to clean install my Windows or, perform a clean boot, scan windows for errors; believe me I have tried all those tips and tricks. It appears to be the MSI Software. And I particularly need MSI SDK to manage my SteelSeries software which won't recognise my keyboard to help me modify the RGB.

I have an MSI GL65 if it helps.

    :)

Microphone connection with Dragon 13 and Windows 10

    Hi Michael,

One of the possible cause to this issue is compatibility conflict. Some user reports that the latest version of Dragon 13 doesn't require Compatibility mode in order to run correctly. We suggest turning off Compatibility mode by following the steps below:

    • Locate Dragon 13 shortcut and right click it.
    • Select Properties from the list.
    • Click on Compatibility tab and locate Run this program in compatibility mode for and uncheck it.
    • Click OK to save the changes and try running the application again.

Update us with the outcome so we can provide further assistance.

MSI Dragon center stopped working after Windows update

I have a MSI Gaming laptop and the Dragon Center app which can change the performance by overclocking the gpu etc. stopped working after a recent windows update - about 2 or 3 weeks ago.
When I try to turn it on it asks if I give it permission to make changes on my computer or whatever it is, but then does not turn on. I already tried reinstalling, but the same thing happened.
I clicked on setup and it asked for this permission thing but did not launch. Does anyone know how to solve this thing? Thanks
