Windows 10: MSI GE66 Raider stuck in boot loop with main screen shutting off

My laptop is stuck in a boot loop since yesterday. Issues started a couple weeks ago where my laptop screen suddenly shut off and wasn't working anymore I then had to use an external monitor. The temporary fix for it was to shut off the computer and disconnect all devices and power cable for a day, then powering it back on, everything was back to normal static maybe, I thought.However, couple weeks later yesterday, I lose my laptop screen again. I do a System Restore, but then after the system restore, my laptop reboots and gets stuck in a boot loop with my screen still remaining off, w

Blue Screen of Death before and after replacing hard drive

I have an MSI Ge66 Raider that I use primarily for gaming. I started having consistent issues with my pc giving me the blue screen of death until it eventually got stuck in a boot loop. I tried reinstalling windows but was having the same issue. I tried several youtube tutorials to resolve the issue, but eventually determined that the best course of action would be to replace the hard drive. I did so and am still having the same issue with the bsod. I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction to resolve the issue.
