  1. MSI issue with keyboard keys

Hello, I am suffering from a MSI computer keyboard issue and am hoping someone can help me. At the moment, my Shift, ALT and CTRL keys on the left hand side of my keyboard will not work, however the right hand side keys do. When using a keyboard identifier, when pressing the keys on the right hand side of my keyboard, they register not only for themselves being activated but also those same keys on the left side. Also, when I press my FN button my windows pop up and when I press my windows button my FN button pops up. Can anyone help me. Thanks

    :)
