Windows 10: MsiInstaller poping up window (SDXHelper.exe)

I'm trying to figure it out but no help,


3-4 a day I see very short popping up window once I got this at event viewer:


and this:



That for event 4689:

It even can wake wake the laptop from sleep,

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

MsiInstaller removed everything

MsiInstaller has reconfigured all my files and programs. it has removed all my files and programs from my computer. how do I get reverse this? what is it? how do I stop it from doing this again?

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
