Windows 10: MSN mail swapped surname and first name in the automatic greeting when I moved to Hungary.

Hi, I was using the MSN work mail account, and I loved that I don't have to write the messed up names Hungarians have for the first few months, but after while the MSN mail swapped surname and first name in the automatic greeting so now it says surname instead of the first name when I write Hi ... but I work for international company and we don't use the Hungarian way of addressing people, so how can I switch it back?I hate when MS just assumes and changes things based on the national customs of the place you are at, instead of keeping it civilised...

Live Contacts stored as "Surname, First name" not "First Name Surname"!!!

Just synced all of my Live contacts to my WM6 device (HTC Touch) and noticed they are all in "Surname, First Name" format.



Is there a way to change them to "First Name Surname" format without doing them one by one?? Is there something I need to change in Live Mail on the PC and then ReSync?

First Name, Surname + Surname, Firstname inconsistancy!

In Contacts I view people by firstname, surname. However in my Messages inbox it displays them by surname, firstname. In Contacts the order is changeable but in Messages it isn't. Am I stuck with seeing the names of text senders by surname, firstname or
is there an option to change it? Why isn't it consistent?

 

Localization problem: Hungarian name format

Hi,
There is a Hungarian localisation problem in WP8 Amber.
In Hungary the format of the full name is "Surname Forename(s)". In the USA this is "Surname, Forename(s)" or "Forename(s) Surname". Please make it possible to set the Hungarian format, add the third format.

So, a name like "Peter Little" in Hungary is "Kis Péter". I can see it now like "Kis, Péter", or "Péter Kis" - none of them is decent in Hungary, it's very strange for our eyes.
