  1. msra.exe - Bad Image Error With Windows 1903

The Below error is seen when the user runs MSRA application.

    msra.exe - Bad Image Error With Windows 1903 b02aacfa-d0c9-456d-9b9b-1094fb4dc6ae?upload=true.png

Did some research and found that this is very common when there are application that runs on Microsofts Hooking technology or closely with application level on the users machine.

This behavior is seen when many applications such as TeamViewer or Symantec PGP are installed on End users machine.

The DLL in the error screenshot is replaced with a dll of the application installed

Could not find any solution regarding this problem.

    Please advice

    :)

Windows 10 1903, msra popup bad image 0xc0000428 error.

Hi Outdoor. I'm Greg, an installation specialist and 10 year Windows MVP here to help you.

There are working fixes for the error here:

    https://troubleshooter.xyz/wiki/fix-bad-image-e...

Go over this checklist to make sure the install is set up correctly, optimized for best performance, and any needed repairs get done:

    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wiki...

Start with Step 4 to turn off Startup freeloaders which can conflict and cause issues, then Step 7 to check for infection the most thorough way, then step 10 to check for damaged System Files, and also Step 16 to test a new Local Admin account. Then continue
with the other steps to go over your install most thoroughly.

There are much better and reliable free choices than Remote Assistance including AnyDesk and TeamViewer which are compared here:

    https://www.gb-advisors.com/teamviewer-vs-anyde...

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted. I will keep working with you until it's resolved.
