Windows 10: mulitple blue screen of death KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE while updating windows 1809.

I have multiple blue screens of death onto my hp zbook 15u G6 laptop. and cannot determine why I am getting these blue screen errors.


this initially occured when I try to update the visual studio code 2017 to the latest version. then I encountered a BSOD but cannot recover as everytime I login I get explorer.exe crashing and restarting constantly I ran "sfc /scannnow" command to see if it is able to recover back anything from the system.

tried to recover back and restore to default state troubleshooting but not able to successfully execute those task as it always fails.


So i resorted into resetting back to windows 10 factory default without HP drivers and applications. now everytime I initiate a windows update for 1809 it always go to BSOD and giving me constant error logs of either:


* KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE

* DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL with additional what failed is dxgmm2.sys


but cannot determine which driver it has problems installing or what program (looks like an HP driver) that it is not happy with.

Original Title: Blue Screen of Death Issue

Posting necessary info here based on ZigZag's thread on fixing blue screen of death issues. Tried reinstalling Windows 10 already via Windows 10 thumb drive, and did not fix the issue. Error code is KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE. Happens when under heavy
load (playing Rainbow 6: Siege). All new parts in computer. Also, curious if possibly caused by overheating?
