Windows 10: multiple 10 upgrades

Can I get more than 1 copy of 10 on my PC with free 10 upgrades? I mainly use 7, but I installed another licensed copy of 7ultimate on my PC with dual boot and did the 10 upgrade. I rolled it back to 7 after a couple of days. I backed up my activation of 7. I then installed win 7Pro and activated it with a license but an attempted win 10 upgrade repeatedly failed. So I backed it up, and installed 10 fresh...I'm guessing this used my 7ultimate license I used for the upgrade, and why upgrade failed under the second license. If I upgrade the 10 to 11, will I be able to put the 7Pro back on and u

Video card or RAM need upgrading?

Memtest: no errors after 10 hrs.
I'm going to perform the Primetest, later on. Get back to you on that.
I'm going to take it step by step, guys. I need to find the problem with this current computer. I might have to upgrade some components, so that it is still runnable. As for the new one, yes....i will build on it later. I need to find something decent 'gaming experience', all suggestions appreciated. THanks.
