  1. Multiple Audio Problems, need help

After quite some time of not using my headphones i finally pluged them to play Overwatch to come to the realisation that theres no audio, my mic was working just fine but the audio wasnt there.

After a little messing around i found out that only the front audio jack doesnt work, the mic jack works just fine, and the rear ones work too. I said ok i will plug my headphones in the back only to find out it wont work for my mic, same situation just reversed audio but no mic.

Then i just unplugged the mic and i only left the headphones in the rear jack, and in front i plugged a jack that goes into a mixer which has a microphone connected, only to find out that i can hear everything through the mic...like i hear myself without any decalation, but my friends hear the audio from my pc when we playing.

A ton of problems came out of nowhere...any tips/ideas?

    Headphones: Hyperx Cloud Alpha

    Mic: Behringer B-1

    Mixer: Behringer

  2. Audio Problems

Hi there SimonWildZX, I will be your Independent Advisor for today, I hope we can both resolve your problem.

May I suggest to completely uninstall all Audio drivers listed in the Device manager including the headset. Please make sure to completely remove.

Here is how to do it.

Here the steps to completely remove a Device off your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Win + X on Windows 10.

    Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry Sound and Audio devices. Right-click the problematic device and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You may need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device, and then click the Uninstall button.

    Step 5. Reboot the computer.

Repeat the steps in all the Audio devices listed.

Then reboot. then test the headset again.
