    All ready been through support, and support remote access. Here is my system info: Device name KevinProcessor AMD Ryzen 7 4700G with Radeon Graphics 3.60 GHzInstalled RAM 32.0 GB 31.4 GB usableSystem type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processorPen and touch No pen or touch input is available for this displayAdding a link to the error logs from Event Viewer as soon as I figure out how.

    BSOD and freezing

    Yesterday I started up my laptop from hibernating and it freezes, after restarting several times I get a BSOD which freezed on the BSOD one time.
    After restarting again the laptop freezed at the Welcome screen.
    I have had the freezing before, it was gone for about 2 months.
    I did not install any new hardware.
    Now it seems to run fine again.

    But what is causing the freezing and the BSOD?
    I bought this laptop last January.

    So you are saying a PSU can never cause a computer to Freeze/BSOD...???

    Multiple Crashes, Freezes and BSOD's


    In this post I suggested to update some drivers, did you update all of them I suggested?
    I'm asking because there are some drivers from AMD a bit outdated for Windows 10 + 1 of them is known for causing BSODs in Windows which is included in the AMD CCC installation.

    Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia.
