  2. random BSOD issues multiple times daily

    Hello,

I am getting a BSOD at random multiple times daily. I have run the windbg and can only find a crash related to csrss.exe but I can't figure out how to fix it. This is a new windows 10 Enterprise installation which I was getting BSOD on this computer with windows 8.1 Enterprise so I just wiped it and installed 10 hoping for a fix with a new OS but to no avail. I have updated all of the drivers to the best of my ability.

    Thanks for looking.

    Random BSOD while browsing internet

BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.
A tiny documentation can be found here: Solved Random BSODs - Windows 10 Forums
In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.

    Multiple random BSODs daily

You have 5 hard drives. I use this info to get an idea of how much hardware is installed on the system. That is because too much hardware may stress the PSU and cause unknown, lower level problems (which often resemble hardware issues). As such I suggest testing your PSU.
Here's some suggestions: PC is crashing/freezing up multiple times daily. - Page 2 - Windows 10 Support
Beyond that, I suggest testing with another PSU. There is also a PSU tester in the free OCCT software (which has a PSU test built-in): OCBASE / OCCT
Finally, another simplistic test is to disconnect the power and data cables to all but the OS hard drive and see if that helps.

Is this a commercial system? Is it owned by a business? If so, I suggest that the business image the hard drive in order to save everything in the state that it is in today. That way, if anything happens, the system can be easily restored to the state it is in today.

The BIOS/UEFI on your Asus MAXIMUS VIII RANGER motherboard dates from 2018. I'd suggest checking at the Asus support site for this board to see if there is an updated version of the BIOS/UEFI available. If so, please download and install it.

This device has problems in Device Manager:
    Code:
I suggest right clicking on it and uninstalling it. Then reboot to see if it comes back. If not, all is well - if it does come back we'll have to try and figure out what it belongs to.

There are a huge number of ATIKEX_cmd.exe errors in the WER section of the MSINFO32 report.
Some searches associate this with audio drivers - so I wonder if this is related to the error you have in Device Manager.
Here's some suggestions for fixing it: Problem with realtek hd manager load

I suggest uninstalling Open Hardware Monitor as it's driver dates from 2008.
    Code:
I also suggest fully updating ALL of your Adobe products as there is an Adobe driver dating from 2008 also:
    Code:
    Out of 5 memory dumps, there are 4 different BSOD errors cited ( 2 - 0x1E; 1- 0xA; 1 - 0x3B; and 1 - 0x1A)
The random errors sometimes tend to by symptomatic of a hardware/low-level driver issue.
As such, I suggest that you start with these free hardware diagnostics:
    1) Memtest86 (not 86+): MemTest86 - Official Site of the x86 Memory Testing Tool

    2) SeaGate SeaTools for Windows (test ALL hard drives - HDD/SSD/USB/etc): How to use SeaTools for Windows | Seagate Support US

    3) Intel Processor Diagnostic Tool: Download Intel(R) Processor Diagnostic Tool
Disregard if not using an Intel processor

    4) Furmark stress test for GPU: FurMark > Downloads
Read the instructions carefully and watch your system when testing.
If it starts spitting out problems and you can't shut it down - simply turn the system off/unplug it from the wall

    5) OCCT: OCBASE / OCCT
Read the instructions carefully and watch your system when testing.
If it starts spitting out problems and you can't shut it down - simply turn the system off/unplug it from the wall

If these hardware tests don't find anything, then you'll have to start troubleshooting by removing parts. Here's a page that describes this: Hardware Stripdown Troubleshooting
Although it's old, it's still relevant in these situations.

    Good luck!
