  1. Multiple BSOD's with multiple STOP codes

So ever since building this PC several months ago, I have had significant issues with it regarding multiple crashes. After doing a complete reset and reinstall of windows last week, I am averaging three BSODs per day and I don't know how to analyse dump files. I was wondering whether someone please help pinpoint my issue so that I can fix it and actually enjoy this computer. I have attached all the dump files and a msinfo file in the zipped document.

It tends to mostly happen when either opening a game or switching between tabs on Firefox. I have run chkdsk, swapped RAM slots, run Intel BurnTest, checked my RAM using the Windows Memory Diagnostic and basically any other tests I have found on the Internet. Below is the link to all the crashes that have created a minidump. I don't know if it creates a minidump if it has crashed for the same reason because I have had more crashes then the files listed below

Some of the STOP codes included

    Critical_process_died

    IRQL_not_less_or_equal

These were some of the files that appeared next to the BSOD but they didn't always appear next to them

    usbccgp.sys

    nvlddmkm.sys

    wpprecorder.sys

    dxgkrnl.sys

    usbxhci.sys

Any assistance for these problems is extremely appreciated as I'm almost at my wits end with this mess of a computer

    :)

  2. BSOD when coming out of sleep, multiple error codes

Thanks for the assistance, I've run all the necessary steps. It looks like there might be an issue found when running that first command. I have also installed all the driver updates recommended by the dell support check.

You can find the logs of the command prompt window in the cmd.log file

    cmd logs.txt

  3. BSOD death, multiple stop codes

    Good day,

I have been assisting a user with an issue relating to BSOD, and multiple stop codes ranging from:

    KERNEL SECURITY CHECK FAILURE

    SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION

    DRIVER VERIFIER DETECTED VIOLATION

I ran through a couple of troubleshooting steps, such as an SFC scan and DISM restorehealth among other things, and it seems the stop codes now mainly focus around driver related issues from what I can gather.

I did advise the user that the PC needs to have it's OS reloaded, however due to the Covid-19 lockdown options are limited.

Would anyone be able to assist? I am aware that generally the Minidump file(s) are required, which I will try and upload as soon as I am on the PC.

Some troubleshooting steps I have followed:

    - Checked that PC had updated to Windows feature pack 1909.

    - SFC scan - No integrity violations.

    - Uninstalled and re-installed graphics driver as it was stated that this driver is the root cause of some of the stop codes.

    - Driver check for any outdated drivers (Dell support assistant) - No drivers of importance needing an update

    - Memory check - No issues with Memory detected.

    - Ran CCleaner. - Ran Malwarebytes - No infections. - Ran Rkill - Ran ADWCleaner - Removed adware. - Ran Crystaldiskinfo - Good drive status shown.- Ran the DISM command - Completed Successfully.-
Checked PC resources, no irregularities or high usage detected.

  4. Multiple BSOD's with multiple STOP codes

    Multiple BSOD stop codes

Blue screening with multiple stop codes and can't work out why? Read below.

So I'm not all too tech savvy so when my pc started to blue screen after about 10 minutes of high power games such as World of Warcraft I was stumped. I couldn't narrow down the issue and the individual stop codes didn't mean much to me - when searching
them I still couldn't pin point the problem. However after extensive research and a minor self education in computers I found out that I had a faulty RAM.

If you are experiencing multiple BSODs this is likely due to one of your RAM "sticks" being buggered. The fix is to remove and put back each RAM 'stick' until you stop blue screening. When you can identify which one is the faulty part, simply replace it
(buy a pack of two as being factory tested you'll make sure they're compatible) and put them in the slots.

Tl;dr: your various different blue screens could be due to one similar problem - faulty RAM stick. Fix: try by removing your sticks one by one until you stop blue screening.

If anyone with better tech know-how wants to add input in comments by either expanding on this fix, correcting it, or making it more coherent then please do. I know a thread like this would've saved me 2 agonizing months.

PS to moderators, I don't know if I have the right place to post, please try to move if possible.
