So encountered an error today, so it still exists, will track down the suspect(s) drivers and let you know when I locate the cause, and we can work on a fix. Progress!

I have some suggestions, but I'll ask some questions first.
A shutdown/restart can have various of causes, the main suspect is the PSU or something else that causes the power to not go through the system properly by malfunctioning or something.
The first step is to rule out the hardware what includes overclocking, overheating, improperly seating / loosy cable or a damaged component, drivers are step 2 where I would suggest that you reinstall/update all drivers provided by the motherboard manufacturer.

Please load the settings in the BIOS to the optimal default settings.
Please test the PSU so we know it provides enough power
PSU - Test DC Output Voltage - Windows 7 Help Forums

    What PSU do you use?
    What cooling do you use?
What are the temperatures when under load?
What are the 3.3v, 5v and 12v values according to the BIOS?
    Is everything properly connected?
    Is there no dust inside?
Are the fans spinning proper and is the airflow proper?

Please fill in your system specsPlease follow this tutorial and download the tool. The tool will give you detailed information about your system specs, please fill in your system specs more completely including PSU, cooling system & other used stuff. The PSU, cooling system & other used stuff are NOT mentioned in the tool. How to fill in your system specs:

    No overclocking
I will test my PSU later
A corsair 650W PSU (can find the specific model if you would like)
Stock AMD CPU fan and two case fans
Will get back to you with temps
According to hwinfo (I can find on the bios as well if you would like) the volts are 3.324, 5.1 and 11.952
I believe everything is properly connected (I haven't taken the side off in a while so I wouldn't have undone anything)
Looking at it now there seems to be some dust, not tonnes but I will give it a clean.
Fans seem to be spinning fine.
will update my system specs now

That is preferrable, as I asked *Smile
The BIOS is the most accurate with these values.

Alright, I may not be able to test the psu for a few days, but I will clean it out now, and then check the BIOS values for you *Smile (Specs updated btw)

Ok so I have finished cleaning it out, and the PC feels a lot cooler by the air flow out fan.
    Everything is connected properly.
The Bios values for voltages were the same as HWINFO.
    I have attached the logs
    Thanks *Biggrin

In this post I suggested to update some drivers, did you update all of them I suggested?
I'm asking because there are some drivers from AMD a bit outdated for Windows 10 + 1 of them is known for causing BSODs in Windows which is included in the AMD CCC installation.
Code: amdiox64 Thu Feb 18 16:17:53 2010 amdiox64.sys // AMD driver GEARAspiWDM Thu May 03 21:56:17 2012 GEARAspiWDM.sys // iTunes, currently there are no updates for it. usbfilter Wed Aug 29 03:27:12 2012 usbfilter.sys // AMD USB filter driver, part of the chipset drivers AODDriver2 Wed Nov 21 08:44:04 2012 AODDriver2.sys // AMD Overdrive driver, this one is known for causing BSODs[/quote] Please uninstall everything of Nvidia using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Nvidia. Be sure the clean install box is checked and only install the Graphics driver and the PhysX driver, you can use this tutorial to do so *Arrow NVIDIA Drivers - Avoid Problems - Windows 7 Help Forums
