    Yes, but don't rush it and don't install them rapidly after each other.

    Well sorry to go silent on you (exams are sucking up all my time atm). I didn't install the AMD stuff but I have had no issues (touch wood) since the clean out and NVidia stuff. If anything happens I will reinstall the AMD stuff and get back to you. Thanks for the help *Biggrin

    Multiple Crashes, Freezes and BSOD's

    So im struggling with the chipset drivers, I downloaded and ran it like before, and it said it installed. I tried using device manager but I couldn't find chipset under system devices at all. I now have no idea what driver my chipset is on, whether it has updated or whether it is causing the issue! Please help me!

    It may be worth noting the CPU is currently at 65C without being under too much strain, could this be a concern? Could the shutdowns be heat related?

    Nah havent changed it since I bought it (came applied) about 3 years ago. Stock AMD fan with one front case fan (intake) and one rear case fan (outtake) (rear one added about 6 months ago). I may add a side case fan soon, but not sure whether it will help or make things worse. Yeah I extracted it, but I couldn't find the thing I was supposed to install it to (chipset) in device manager

    Changing the thermal paste is a recommended step to do.

    You've (re)installed the AMD stuff recently right? In that case it can be skipped for now *Smile

    Alright Ill see what I can do about thermal paste, I may buy a new cooler soon anyways, so I can do it then *Biggrin
    And yeah I installed it through catalyst control centre, but I couldn't work out how to check it installed properly, or install it manually, which is what I want to check, as I installed it through CCC before and then you said that they weren't installed (a couple of days ago) *Sad

    Just had another crash, this time it frooze and repeated an audio loop for about 5 seconds, then restarted, when I tried to load the bios it then restarted again. Please help *Biggrin
