My longest period of helping troubleshooting is months for 1 user, though it took a long time before he replied back everytime while I asked for things that takes a few seconds...

Talking about taking a long time I'm back! So I did the PSU tests as required and I have a full lists of results here.

HDD 4-Pin (Was a little difficult to find, I only had a 5 pin, but it had the same cable colours and description etc)

    Yellow Wire against Black wires
    Expected 12.4V Observed 12.08V
    Red Wire against case
    Expected 5V Observed 5.09V

    24 pin motherboard

    (Colour/Expected/Observed)
    Orange/3.41/3.36
    Yellow/12.35/12.03
    Purple/5.07/5.06
    Grey/5.09/4.36
    Red/5.05/5.08
    Green/0.06/0.012
Blue/11.34/ -11.9 (Was definitely minus, double checked it)
The white cable was not present on my connector, instead it was just empty.

Whilst taking the side off me and my dad cleaned a bit more, but noticed how clogged the heat sink was under the fan (I've seen it there for ages but no amount of compressed air would remove it). We took the fan off and cleaned off the dust from it and my PC seems to be (not sure yet as it may still rise and it varies) about 10-20 degrees cooler. I've attached a picture or the sink (fan removed, after spraying with air with the fan on) for reference. Fingers crossed that this was the cause!

I've never seen such an amount *Eek
It would be a cause, but we can't say it is the cause until proven.

Yeah it was quite a suprise! It was hidden by the fan blades.
    Were the voltages all ok?

I would say the voltages are ok, but I'm not 100% certain.

    Multiple Crashes, Freezes and BSOD's

Well I got to the end hoping this was going to be the one Thread that helped mine but after trying everything... Nope. My doesnt BSOD, it just freezes, hard locks. No CTRL-ALT-DEL, No Mouse, No nothing, the only remedy is a hard reset or power off cycle and then I will get another day or two of use. I have eliminated everything I can think of, that said I mean I have REBUILT this computer now. I would love to list or step through this with someone because I am at a total loss.
I have tried reinstalls on old drives, then on new drives, then full installs on the new drives, then removed all extra data drives, then new memory and processor and motherboard, and drive, and phone call to Microsoft to provide this information... all new PSU I have tried it with one or the other monitors, I have tried it without my UPS, I have tried it with and without my DVD-RW, I have tried it without ALL of my peripherals (drives, readers, speakers, etc) only commons left are case, and one usb mouse..... Maybe just maybe it is that damn mouse... but there is no driver loaded for it.

    Please help.

    Windows 10 Pro
    Gigabyte H110M-S2H Mother Board
    Intel i5-6400 2.7GHZ 6mb Cache
    16GB DDR4 RAM (2 x 8DB)
    240GB SSD for OS
    Thermaltake 750 PSU
Dual Monitor Samsung Monitors (SA300, S22C150)
    Wireless USB Mouse and Keyboard

was running a Nvidia Video card in old system but removed that on new install and removed all drivers (using removal tool), now onto on-board video.

So 3 days in still no issues, I've even seen the CPU temps drop under 20! Before it would be rare to see it under 40, seems like the premature is definitely helping! I think (obviously cant be 100% sure) the other issues were fixed with all the advice you gave me, and the most recent ones were just caused by temperature, hopefully that is the case any ways and it will now work (fingers crossed)! Thanks for all the help man, you're the only person to stick through fixing this pc in all the 3 years I've had issues with it! Ill post in about a week or two if I've still had no issues and we can mark this as resolved *Biggrin

    Multiple Crashes, Freezes and BSOD's

Guess whos back, back again. So I had a shutdown a few days ago, put it down to the pc being in sleep mode and ignored it. Today I turned my PC on and within 2 minutes of usage it restarted (like the cable pulled out then simply turns back on thing), so I turned my PC back on, entered my PIN and got instantly greeted by a BSOD (system service exception). If my PC works any time soon I will attach a log for you (if there is one). I have not installed any new hardware, I will check for any new software or updates when I can. So whats the plan batman?

This is most likely caused by incompatible drivers because of last tuesday, last tuesday was the monthly patchday.

Ahhh, shall I wait a few days and then give an update?
