Windows 10: Multiple issues from activation to blue screen errors

First off, I've tried contacting microsoft. It keeps linking me back to these forums rather than a live person.


I bought this laptop from Best Buy, they assured me it was all set up and ready to go. I've had a windows error saying I need to activate windows since day one. I took it back several times(between each time trying to reach out to microsoft). Best Buy claimed each time they tried another key and still had the error that the key wouldn't work. They claim it's microsoft's problem, by which time I finally got one live person in the help chat to tell me that "no, you got it from Best Buy, they need to fix it". (This was months ago). Problem still isn't fixed.


Now lately I've been having blue screen errors "Critical Process Died". Trying to look up help for that leads me to fix guides(updates, uninstall updates, hardware scans(that cost money I don't have). Can someone PLEASE help me?

after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

  Did you make any changes prior to the issue?
  

The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.

Getting 3 different blue screen errors multiple times a day
