Windows 10: Multiple processors are shown in the Device Manager

Hello,I am troubleshooting my computer, and I see that I have multiple processors shown in the Device Manager, is it anything serious?Thanks.

all processors missing in device manager

my device manager does not show a line for processors at all. i had uninstalled the 8 cores to force a recheck of their count as my task manager did not show correct cores and hyper threads for the i7 6700 HQ. it showed only 1. after restart it shows
2+2, but now after multiple restarts there is no processor line\tab to even check how many are there.

 

No hardware listed in Device manager?

I don't konw whathappend but in Device manager and in my Network connections there is nothing where there used to be a Modem listed and all my hardware in Device Manager. What happend and how do I fix this?

We suggest that you update the drivers and check if it works.

Follow the steps below to update the Wireless Adapter's driver:

• Press Windows key+X.
• Select Device Manager.
• Right-click on the Network Driver (802.11n Wireless Card).
• Click on the Driver tab.
• Select Update Driver.

If the update went successful, please reboot the computer to take effect the changes.
