  1. Multiple Suspended Process causing computer to jump from app to app - I think

My computer is jumping from one application to another and opening up application without me launching the app. I went to the Task Manager to attempt to figure out what could possibly happening or ending a task that may be causing the problem (I really don't know what I'm doing just making an attempt). I discovered that several items are suspended including:

Could this be causing the problem. And, how can I resolve the suspensions?

  2. Multiple suspended explorer.exe processes

    Hi,

If you are experiencing multiple suspended explorer.exe processes, we suggest that you perform a clean boot in your computer.

A clean boot is performed to start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. You may also troubleshoot
or determine what conflict is causing the problem by performing a clean boot.

To perform a clean boot follow the link below:

    Processes Becoming Suspended

What sort of problems does this cause?

The ability to suspend programs particular the new style apps is a design feature of W8 and W10 and is to ensure that they do not consume memory and CPU time when they are idle. If you open resource monitor and look at the CPU tab all the suspended apps are shown in blue at the top.
