Windows 10: Music folder contains folders on HDD

Sorry for the vague title, but I don't know how else to explain this lol.

Recently, I installed an SSD and configured it as my boot drive for my laptop. I was following this guide to move some of my libraries (like Documents, Music, and Pictures) to my HDD. I don't know exactly what I did, but while I was trying to experiment with this process, the location of the Music folder got messed up, and now my Music folder sits on my SSD (since I couldn't figure out how to fix this problem and move it), and the Music folder contains the folders on my HDD.

Additionally, not all of the folders on my HDD show up on my Music folder; I don't know if this has anything to do with the problem, but I tried to restore the default location (Properties > Location > Restore Default) on the Music folder, which didn't fix anything.

Is there any way I can fix this? Sorry if this doesn't make much sense, I'm a total novice with computers...

Hidden folders

I installed `Kane and Lynch` on my PC twice in Program Files(x86) folder but I can`t find them (2 folders with game). But free space on my HDD is lower. So there`re those folders on my hdd. I use option `unhide` hidden folders but still can`t find them. Any suggestions? How can i delete those hidden folders?

When I run istallation for this game I can see those folders in Program Files(x86) folde.

I`m using Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Trouble deleting a folder

Thanks for the suggestion but it says "delete folder failed for E:\....." for each folder I try.
