    I keep getting the message ...Cant Play please pick something else to watch. This item is in a format we dont support 0xc00d36b4... everytime I try to play any video be it from a flash drive from the harddrive or the internet. Anything helpful would be

    Hi. It's fine and dandy but how to you play a rented movie from Microsoft store, without using Movies & TV app after receiving "choose something else to play. this item is in a format we don't support"

    Original title: Windows Default player can't play the videos

    I had windows 10. Then I would use the Films & TV app to play media. Then I installed windows 8.1. Then again I came to windows 10. But the problem is that now I can't play any videos. It says that "choose something else to play. this item is in a format
    we don't support" error code, 0xc00d36b4. I want this media player back. I love this one more than anything else. I tried on mp4. Please help me
