Windows 10: MX870 CANON printer

Hope someone can shed some light on this for me?


My Canon printer won't print anything from its template section anymore... I used to use it all the time to print graph paper or lined paper for my daughter to practice her writing neatness... I used it a LOT to print weekly or monthly scheduling sheets. I have not used it at all for a while, but its up and running again and all is working but its not able to print the templates. It tries to, and makes the printing motions but the page is blank when it comes out. I have tried cleaning and resetting and reloading the driver software.

Canon MX870 will no longer scan after installing windows 10

Canon MX870 all in one printer will no longer scan with windows 10. I have upgraded the drivers and software, and still nothing. I am using USB. The printer window shows "Set the window to start scanning."

Does anyone have any suggestions. Canon was not able to help at all.

Windows 10 updates do not install. The install is select. It looks like an install. But the updates keep being presented.

I just looked under Printers and MX870 is not listed as a printer.

If I look under Print queues then I do see Canon MX870 series Fax and Canon MX870 series Printer.

If I look under Imaging devices I do see MX870 series_633BA998E958

 

B200 in canon printers

What is B200 in canon printers? My printer is displaying this message since I cleaned it yesterday.
