Windows 10: My Acer Aspire E 15 E5-576G-5762 laptop keeps rebooting after 64% of restarting progress...

So, my acer computer keeps restarting over and over after it reaches 64% of restarting process after I factory reset it, First, it shows a black screen with the acer logo, and the white dots for approximately 5 seconds, then goes onto another screen and the fan runs with the acer logo, the white dots, and a welcome text under the white dots, and then shows the blue screen that I reached 64% of restarting progress for less than half a second, and then shows a black screen right after that for about 4 seconds, and repeats. During this, the fans stop running, and start running again at the acer l

driver for track pad (touch pad) of ACER - ASPIRE E 15 (E5-511-P7UX)

I upgraded windows 7 to ten several times on my Acer Laptop ASPIRE E 15 (E5-511-P7UX

unfortunately, the touch pad is not working after the upgrade.

• I downloaded new version of the drivers from ACER site - but didn't work
• Had a chat with Microsoft customer executive.according to his instruction, I downloaded the drivers from Microsoft site and installed. not working.
• Again contacted Microsoft customer executive, according to his instruction, installed the drivers, restarted, uninstalled, restarted, again installed... and so on.... still not working
• so now I rolled back to windows 7
• the same problem were there when installing windows 8.1 & 8

Is there any solution to this???????

 

Acer Aspire E 15 shut down problem

Hello everyone, I have Acer Aspire E 15 laptop bought a year ago. I'm encountering a problem regarding shut down. While I go start up and click the shut down or restart button. My laptop does not shut down or restart. Please help suggest me some effective
solutions regarding this problem as soon as possible.
